Instructions for Requesting Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps within the patient's platform:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Access the following link https://app.llamandoaldoctor.com/settings/data-request-form or click the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper-right corner and click on "Personal data protection".
3. Fill out the form, selecting the "Data deletion" option and specifying the details of your request.
4. (Optional) You may include a reason for your request.
5. Your request will be sent to Customer Support and processed as soon as possible.
