In case of exceeding 7 (seven) minutes of conversation, the call will be automatically cut off. If you want to continue talking to the doctor, you will have to call him/her again.

If contacting through health insurance/coverage, the call must always be made using the pediatric patient's user account. If contacting through an insurer, the account holder can call and inquire about their child.

Yes, we will issue a medical note and orders (e.g., ultrasounds). You will have access to these prescriptions as long as your provider has this option enabled.

In some occasions the service is in high demand of calls. We ask you to call without hanging up and please be patient because there are doctors 24 hours a day waiting for your consultation. Usually our doctors answer in less than two minutes, but if necessary please wait 15 minutes.
Please check that you have good internet quality (either WiFi or cellular data). You can try calling with WiFi and then switch to data if either option does not work. The service works fine, you just need a good internet connection. Once you get it, try calling again, there are doctors available 24 hours a day waiting for your consultation.
